About Us

The story behind O2 Leadership Group

Brad Sytsma and Mike Alles have been close friends for more than 30 years, and in 2025 they transformed that lifelong partnership into O2 Leadership Group. United by a deep passion for leadership and decades of experience across diverse industries, they’ve built O2 not only around their own complementary perspectives but also by recruiting and collaborating with an exceptional team of coaches who share their vision.

They were joined by associate partner and coach Casey Siegrist, who brought a passion for designing a world-class client experience process that matches the excellence of the coaching itself. Today, O2 provides both individual and team coaching for hundreds of leaders and companies, supported by a wide range of professional coaching and assessment certifications across the team.

Our mission is simple: help leaders recognize their influence, become the best leaders they can be, and make the greatest positive impact on the lives of their employees, themselves, and the health and performance of their organization.
