My leadership journey started on a volleyball court. As a Division I setter and four-year captain, I learned what it meant to take ownership, design and run the offense, and be someone my team could always count on. Volleyball taught me confidence, discipline, and the joy of elevating the people around me. Motherhood added a whole new dimension to that growth—grounding me, stretching me, and helping me navigate change with intention. It’s also where my passion for developing female executive leaders took shape, especially women navigating transition or stepping boldly into their next level.

Before joining O2 as an executive coach, I worked in a Fortune 500 fintech organization and for a global performance-improvement leader. Those experiences gave me a front-row seat to understanding how companies engage their employees, sales teams, and channel partners through the art and science of behavior change—and how that translates into meaningful improvements in performance and ROI. No matter the role, my work has always centered on understanding people, building confidence, and helping them move from intention to meaningful action.

My coaching blends real-world leadership experience with training through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), The Prime Coaching Academy, and The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP 360). I love helping leaders make sense of what’s in front of them and grow into a version of themselves they feel proud of—especially in seasons of change, reinvention, or when they’re ready for something more.

I live in St. Louis with my husband, Kevin, and our three little ones: Lana (4), Lex (2), and Van (1). When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me at yoga, doing CrossFit, or outside with my kids—where I proudly hold the household title of Director of Fun & Snacks.
