Executive Coach

Joe Graham

I believe leaders do their best work when they understand themselves clearly and lead with intention. I’m naturally curious, steady, and people-first, and I help leaders slow down long enough to see what’s really going on—clarifying priorities, challenging assumptions, and strengthening the habits that build trust and drive results. My style is warm, straightforward, and practical, focused on turning insight into meaningful action.

I’ve spent more than a decade coaching leaders and building leadership systems across senior living, healthcare, non-profit, and corporate environments. My work has included shaping culture, designing leadership development programs, facilitating large-scale workshops, and coaching hundreds of leaders as they navigate growth, transition, and organizational complexity. Those experiences strengthened my belief that clarity, communication, and consistency are the bedrock of high-performing teams.

My training includes certifications through the International Coaching Federation (ACC), the Co-Active Training Institute, the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), the McKinnon Leadership Group, and tools like TKI, CSI, DISC, and the Enneagram. I focus on executive development, communication and influence, team alignment, conflict navigation, decision-making, and performance leadership—helping leaders strengthen relationships, elevate their impact, and create environments where people thrive.

I live in Holland, Michigan with my wife, Tiffany, and our kids, Baxter and Penny. Outside of work, I stay energized by family life, travel, and projects that let me build things—systems, experiences, and ideas—that support growth both personally and professionally.
