Executive Coach

Kevin Hazelton

For 25 years I’ve been obsessed with what makes leadership thrive — what fuels it, what drains it, and how it shapes everything around it. I’ve led teams as well as partnered with, reported to, and coached leaders across industries. After thousands of coaching hours, I’ve seen the full spectrum: the joy, the struggle, the energy, and the exhaustion. What I’ve learned is simple: leadership matters. When a leader walks into a room, they either give oxygen or take it away. They can help people breathe more easily and grow or unintentionally choke momentum through blind spots or mismanaged emotions.

The good news? Every leader can grow. My work is to help leaders slow down, take a breath, and get better. When they do, everything around them improves — their teams strengthen, their families flourish, and their organizations rise. That transformation is what I’m passionate about facilitating. I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership roles with global organizations, focusing on business development, strategic growth, building healthy teams, and launching new initiatives.

I’ve honed my craft through certifications and training with the International Coaching Federation, CoachU, The McKinnon Leadership Institute, The Enneagram Spectrum of Personality Styles, The Leadership Circle, The Table Group (Working Genius), and The Cultural Intelligence Center.

I live just outside Boise, ID, with my wife Kristin and our four energetic kids — Esmae, Adelynn, Sage, and Knox. When I take a breath, you’ll find me running, skiing, golfing, or enjoying a weekly date night with Kristin.
